This month, we’re excited to share the following Workplace updates - improved workplace insights, the ability to simplify group priority settings, better “Draft For” navigation, personalized notification options for Promoted Profiles, and improved usability of Groups/People Lists.
Improved Workplace InsightsImproved Workplace Insights
End users can now enjoy more reliable, and faster data queries, due to backend improvements made to the Insights infrastructure. Available on desktop.
Simplified group priority settings
Our new upfront priority menu will now enable end users to select their chosen priority when creating a group with the following options: 'Prioritize/Follow/Unfollow'. Available on desktop and mobile (Android/iOS).
Improved Navigation for posts in 'Draft For'
An end user creating content as both 'drafter' and 'final author' can now filter posts by adding ‘in progress’ or ‘published’ status updates. We've also moved the ‘new draft’ button to make it accessible no matter where you are in 'Draft For'. Available on desktop.
Better options for notifications from Promoted Profiles
To address concerns regarding communications noise, we have added in the option for end users to toggle between enabling email notifications for Promoted Profile account users. Available on desktop.
Enhanced usability of Groups/People lists
We've updated the way end users can view Group/People lists, from cards to tabular view. This is to ensure that all vital information is displayed correctly for users in list view. Available on desktop.
